  • Shoes that are worn, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

  • Certain items, such as custom-made or clearance shoes, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • We will replace the item with the same product, subject to availability.
